BonaFide Buffer… is it OK to use at Line Level?
Hello,
New the the forum- been a TC fan for years. Still have the Sustain + Parametric EQ I purchased in the late 80’s.
So the question involves an SLO 100, and its effects loop that runs line level, +4db. Thus, the TC Hall of Fame and Flashback are perfect pedal based solutions to adding delay to this amp. Have been doing so and they work great. I want to be able to run them off of my pedalboard using longer cable runs, thus I want to add the BonaFide Buffer into the chain. Question – is it OK to use the Bonafide Buffer in this way at Line Level +4db? Maybe more importantly, do I even need a buffer if the loop is at +4db?
There is no information on the TC website, no manual either and nothing posted yet in the forums. I also don’t want to assume it’s OK since the other pedals in the TC lineup do run at line level.
Thanks for your time.
Paul
