Bongo 5 Bass HighMid EQ Knob problem
I bought a Bongo5 HS bass from a friend.
This bass looks like new and works well elsewhere, but it’s High Mid EQ knob doesn’t work. Rotation does not have any acoustic effect.
I checked the circuit and found that where the knob is connected, the R53 numbered resistor location has no component.
This circuit board has no maintenance traces, which can rule out missing parts caused by later drops or maintenance.
I shorted this position, this knob can be turned to change the frequency balance…
