Cracks in Finish on 2000 Ernie Ball Music Man Stingray5 H

I recently discovered three long yet thin cracks in the finish of my Stingray 5-string. I think this might have been caused by the heat changes in my office in the second story of the house – until we put in AC last year the upstairs would get extremely hot and muggy every summer.

I’ve included some pictures, below. I was wondering what method you folks would recommend for fixing these? There are so many online, but I couldn’t find one for my Stingray.
