Does a brand new Stringray H need setup?

First time Stringray owner and relatively new bass player here I’ll pick up my bass next couple days from Guitar Center.

I am wondering if I should make an appointment with guitar tech there and have it setup and then pick it up? I am not sure how setup these beautiful instruments already are. Since I am new to this, not sure what to do. Your advice is much appreciated.
