Help: EBMM EVH Wiring Diagram

Hi all, I need help! Years ago I used to have a wiring diagram for my EVH that Ernie Ball had sent me when I had to replace my toggle switch and now that I need it, its gone. Had an unfortunate situation with it being stolen in 2020 and when it was recovered it was gutted, which makes little to no sense other than the thief not knowing what it was worth, so I’m starting from scratch. If anyone has the diagram that they can share it would be greatly appreciated. The diagram I had was the image of the guitar with all the wiring specs detailed below if anyone should have that.
