Help: No piezo output on JP6?

As I posted earlier this week, I just purchased a 2004 JP6 with piezo. However, I havent been able to get any sound out of the mono/piezo output at all. The magnetic output works fine, and I’ve tried three different batteries, but the piezo output gives me nothing – not even the magnetic pickups.

Any ideas?
