Help: Sterling JR7 Trem screw question

Hi there, first time poster here but information for sterling instruments is hard to come by. The small screw that tightens/loosens the tremolo arm disappeared while I was loosening it and it is nowhere to be found. Does anyone know where to find a replacement from a first or third party? Thanks a ton in advance everyone
