'Impact Twin' card user here, having trouble after a new OS intall

I’m a user of the ‘Impact Twin’ audio card, and am suddenly having trouble with my sound after installing a new OS for my computer, so please take a look.

The following is the specifications of my computer:

motherboard : ASUS B85M-G (Addtional leee1394 card is pluged in the PCI-E slot in order to connect the audio card.)
CPU : INTEL E3-1231V
RAM : Samsung DDR3 16G ( 4G x 4ea )
OS : Win 10 pro 64bit
I have tried both 3.6.1 version and 3.5.0 version driver (win64bit) but neither of them works.

Please note that I had no problems whatsoever when I was using the Window7 64bit system.
The problem I’m having after installing the Window10 pro OS, is that when I turn on the computer, initially, I don’t get any sound at all. Only after I restart the computer or the audio card, the sound starts coming out properly.
I’ve checked the Device Manager’s default sound device on both occasions and both appears to be correctly set to ‘TC NEAR.’

To put it more simply,
When the computer is turned on initially, the sound doesn’t come out.
If I restart the computer (without turning the power off) or the audio card, it starts working.

Is there any solution to this?
