Music Man Stingray pickup springs
I got myself a red Stingray recently. L03295, lefty made in the year 2001. Lovely instrument.
The previous owner told that his guitar tech had removed the 4 springs located in pickup poles underneath the pickup. According to the tech the springs would cause some interference. Obviously pre-order had not experienced any such interference. The pre-owner does not know if the tech replaced the springs were with foam or springs on 3 pickup screws.
