JP13 just stopped working

My JP13 has no sound from magnetic or Piezo side. tested other guitars and cables, switched the toggles and turned volume and tone pots. Even changed out the battery with a brand new one. Was working and for no apparent reason, it went dead silent with the snap of a finger. Has anyone experienced this? How can I reprimand this? I know some repair guys…..do I need an authorized repair shop? Would you recommend shipping it back to Ernie Ball?

P.S. I even sprayed DeOxit in the input jack…
