JP15 – Neck Oil Help

I had another thread but it was too open so decided to open a new one specifically for this question.

If you check the neck one close to the bolt-on neck area, it looks like it lacks of oil/wax, it’s very apparent, shall I do the oil/wax here then? I put a red circle there to be easy to find what I mean with that.
