JP7 Input Jack

Does anyone have any advice on diagnosing an input jack on my JP7? I’d like to learn to do all the guitar maintenance myself, but there’s a preamp for the the piezo/magnetics that made me go “OH GAWD”.

The jack is scratchy and noisy at the slightest touch. Any input would be appreciated!
