Majesty 6 (2024) No Sound! HELP!

I recently got the amazing Majesty 6 (Her Majesty’s Request) back in February, after about 7 days it stopped making sound, something in the electronics got messed up somehow. I got it sent back to EBMM and they fixed it by “replac(ing) the pots” and it worked great for the next month until now. All threads I’ve looked on have talked about the previous 2019 model but this model is from 2024 so with the new Preamp. Just looking for some help since my 45 day return window has long gone by.
