MIDI CC for Tap Tempo sending 1/2 the tempo clock to my Eventide H9s?
So I have two Eventide H9s connected to my G System, and I have set both H9s to recognize CC#19 as the tap tempo CC input (that’s the default CC out for the Tap Tempo switch).
It’s working BUT when I tap a tempo in the G System will report a tempo of say 70, but both H9s change to a tempo of 35. The Tempo value on the H9s is always 1/2 of what the G System reads.
What gives???
