MM majesty no power

Hello,
while i was playing my guitar started to deliver less and less sound. I went and got a new pack of batteries and replaced them and the guitar now wont power on at all. The led in the back doesnt even light up now. I tried to reset it with the 10 min cable in without batteries but still nothing. Changes cables, nothing, got another new pack of batteries, nothing. This is so fraustrating considering the price of that guitar. Ive tried to contact but the contact form doesnt work smh. Can…
