My Sterling JP160 does feedback very easily in long notes and like the effect it even does it when the 12db boost is deactivated

I had this Sterling JP160 with a set of Illuminator Pick-ups and i loved the sound properties of the guitar, i was sitting one day comparing sounds with my Main Guitar a Ibanez RG470 with a Set of DiMarzio D-Sonic and Paf Pro and i was noticing that my Ibanez couldn’t do those feedbacks that i liked so much that the Sterling could do…
