Need to Verify Bridge Saddle Spacing

I just want to verify if the 2 1/8″ spacing I’m measuring is correct for both Axis and Luke guitars…both EBMM & SbMM. I put a set of Highwood Vintage saddles on my 2005 EBMM Rosewood Axis (hardtail), and they don’t look right…too big. high strings have even slid out of the saddle notches on occassion.
