Pickup swap on a Morse

Okay so yet again I’m gonna play around with the pickups and wiring on my standard Morse , right now it’s back to the stock pickups but I have only three pickups wired and the three way toggle is a coil tap. I have a set of axis pickups and also a set of Seymour Duncan , pearly gates neck and custom custom bridge . Now I’m just debating what to do .
What would you guys do , I know some would say keep it stock but it’s fun to tinker around with pickups and wiring.
