Question: 5-string Stingray uptune

I’m a hobby musician, and I’m pretty uneducated when it comes to technical aspects, so I came here to double check if uptune is actually doable without the risk of harming the instrument.
So is it? I’d like to uptune my 5-string MM Stingray a half step to aquire a low C.
If it’s doable, what Ernie Ball strings set you’d suggest? My fav is Regular Slinky, but mb I should switch to Super Slinky in this case?
