Question: New electric guitar player that just bought an awesome JP6

Hello, I found an amazing JP6 sitting in a guitar store collecting dust tuned to CADGBE (likely improperly). I was wondering if everything on it looked okay or if I should take it in to the store to have it properly set up as they never did it before they sold it to me.

I notice I get some fret buzz on the low E and A strings from frets 5-11 with medium-hard strumming. The intonation is also way off on these two string as well. I’m also curious if the strings should be that close to the edge of the saddles.
