Real fake?

I found an announcement for this odd “Cheyenne Music Man EHV”, declared as a “korean official licensed product” from the ’90: it seems a “real fake” to me, has someone any advice? No s/n, no “made-in-somewhere” label, a suspicious decal on the headstock..

it seems very similar to this one jim-harley-vintage-telecaster-1980 : not a telecaster but surely a jim harley, so an asiatic (korean? samick?) guitar.
