Someone have information about a 1997 Ernie Ball Music Man EX Stingray (USA / Japan, Natural, HSC)

I recently fulfilled a dream of mine by purchasing a vintage Music Man bass in Australia from a shop specializing in rare and vintage instruments. The specific model is a 1997 Ernie Ball Music Man EX Stingray (USA / Japan, Natural).

I’d like to know if it’s possible to obtain a Certificate of Authenticity for this bass directly from Ernie Ball. I have the original sales receipt from the store.
