Steve Morse Fat Neck -when did they change the neck profile

I am planning to buy a Steve Morse Standard 2nd Hand because I want a fat neck and I heard that the old ones have a thicker neck, before they re-scanned Steve’s #1.
Does anybody know when they changed it?

I could get a Serial G24110. Is this one old enough to have a fatter neck
