Stingray SR5 Pickup Case Dimensions

I’ve noticed newer Stingray 5’s have a different pickup shape to older ones. The new ones have “Ramped” ears, where’s the older ones were more like soapbars..

Are the the screw holes in the same place? I ask because I can’t see any manufactures making the new shape.

Also, is it possible to obtain the OLD cases and put the internals from the NEW cases inside them?
