Such funky Musicman tone! (Joe Dart – Concious CLub)

My god the groove! How can I find this tone??

I know Joe knows lots of things that I don’t. But, this is the tone in my head. Is there a pedal? Is it all post processing? I have the Sterling, I don’t have the tone!
