TonePrint Not Beaming – Flashback
I have a Flashback Delay original version and when I try to beam a TonePrint from the app on Samsung Galaxy S6 phone there is no activity on the pedal – no green flashing light as expected. Have followed the process advised by TC.
I have upgraded the firmware on the pedal according to the TC instructions. The app on the PC said it was 100% completed though the pedal did not restart as the manual states it should.
I have upgraded the software on the Galaxy S6 to Android version 7.0 and reinstalled the app but still no success. I’ve also tried using a Samsung Galaxy A3 with the same result. I’ve swapped the guitar leads used and have tried using two different guitars.
I’ve seen a few posts regarding this problem but no resolution.
