Trem and Vol button

Hope can help, please do not laugh as basic questions. Got my new Sterling Majesty Arctic Dream delivered today, a dream to play. 2 questions. 1. My other trems on Ibanez pop in or have a release screw, how do put trem onto guitar? 2. The volume push pull has pulled up for boost but will not go back in, have broken it? Arghh help, cheers Ga D
