Unable to receive tone print since firmware update.
Hi everyone… I am a newbie to this forum and hope someone can advise me..
I have owned a BH550 for 2 years and have enjoyed using tone print. However, I came across a new effect I wanted to try and decided to update the firmware to current. I also updated the app in my phone. Now, although I go through the usual process, I am unable to beam any FX at all. The light blinks one time whereas it used to blink continuously when I beamed.
I re- downloaded the firmware just to be safe but still unable to beam.
Does anyone have a suggestion- I would appreciate it?
