Unusual strange noise problems G-S./JVM and JVM-HJS
Hello,everyone.
I am a new member from Norway. I use the 3 cable methode with G-S. in to my JVM410 Combo,i connect it in the Serial/Parallel FX Loop, ( ÷10dBV ) it works great.
I have now got the JVM410 HJS and i connected the G-S. in the same Loop as with the Combo amp,but on the HJS the loops name is written diffrently,it is just: Serial FX Loop. (( Parallel is not included)) (÷dBV not selectable)
With the HJS it is a huuumming,hum noise,and it increases if i turn up the Master Volum,the noise is not affected of the Preamp Volum. Effects seems to work fine.
Mabe this is two diffrent Loop design?,Satriani have done this amp in his on speck.
Is there anyone which can understand this?
I have also tried G-S in the Power Amp Insert of bouth amps,no noise,but i feel that the delay not works so good,less effect.
Mabe anyone now something about HJS Loop?
I have written to Marshall and T C,but it seems to take some time before i got answer,
