Elixir promotes Optiweb at Musikmesse

Elixir seems to have got off to a storming start following the NAMM the launch of its new Optiweb coated strings, which have been receiving rave reviews in the consumer press and anecdotally from users alike. At Musikmesse this week the US company will be heavily promoting Optiweb with 12 guitar testing opportunities at the Elixir booth (Hall 11.0 Stand C76) and more on electric and acoustic at the Pro Arte booth in Hall 8.0.

Via these trial station players will have the opportunity to try Elixir’s latest coating innovations and compare them with uncoated strings. Also guitarists can listen and feel for themselves the differences in tone and feel of all the strings in Elixir’s electric range: its new Optiweb Coating plus Nanoweb and Polyweb Coating. Elixir will also feature an interactive sound comparison tool to the stand, so consumers and trade can listen and compare for themselves whether they prefer coated or uncoated strings.

Elixir is also presenting a full schedule of artists performing across all the show days, with a mix of German, French and British Musicians.
