HeadRush pedalboard claims first touchscreen interface

New US manufacturer, HeadRush has launched what it claims is a ‘game changing’ new pedalboard, complete with a seven inch touchscreen interface and a quad core processor.

Powered by its exclusive Eleven HD Expanded DSP software, the maker claims the HeadRush Pedalboard delivers: ‘…the most versatile, realistic-sounding and responsive , cabinet, microphone and FX models ever found in a floorboard guitar FX processor’.

In addition to the onboard effects it ships with, the HeadRush also lets users load their own custom Impulse Response files and among a list of innovative features also delivers gapless preset changes with reverb and delay tail spillover, plus a built-in with 20 minutes of record time.

The HeadRush Pedalboard is housed in a steel chassis and it features twelve footswitches with their own OLED displays that are easily viewable from all angles. The heart of the HeadRush pedalboard, though, is the seven inch touch display and its guitarist-oriented user interface, enabling guitarists to touch, swipe, and drag-and-drop to instantly create and edit their rigs: ‘in an unprecedented realistic and intuitive way’.

‘The large display also gives ultra-clear feedback when performing live; especially when making slight changes to your tone using the ‘Hands-Free Mode’, HeadRush says.

The RRP will be £899.99
