Introducing the Velvet Deluxe, A redesign of the Velvet Custom model with a lightweight chambered body and 2 new Magneto Metro Pole MAC-5 Humbuckers. Supplied with stylish Magneto Gigbag.
Magneto® guitars will be showcasing the new Velvet Deluxe at the coming NAMM show in Anaheim (Jan 25th -28th) at the Lyon and Healy Corporation booth Nr. 5314.
A redesign of the Custom model, the Deluxe is a lightweight 24 ¾” set-neck guitar with pickups tailored for both clean and overdriven tones.
Features a chambered African mahogany body with a carved top. African Mahogany neck with Rosewood fingerboard, which is adorned with Magneto Rhombus inlays. A bone nut for an excellent tonal response. 14° angle headstock sporting Grover Tuners and a sculpted neck-to-body transition to ensure excellent access to the high frets.
The Velvet Deluxe was designed to offer a broad tonal range with fat and focussed mids when played with drive, but enough treble and quack to serve the classic clean tones.
The new Magneto Metro Pole MAC-5 humbuckers are wound around Alnico 5 Magnets and offer rich harmonics with a tight and precise bass response. A 3-Way switch, a master tone and a master volume control them.
The Velvet Deluxe will be available from May 2024 in 4 new Silk finishes: Metallic Green Silk, Candy Apple Red Silk, Metallic Orange Silk and Sunset Gold Silk.
