The Rolling Stones launch a six-episode Youtube series, Extra Licks!

The Rolling Stones have launched Extra Licks! – a six-episode video series that will stream bonus content from six of the band’s concert films.
The first episode – which premiered on YouTube today (4 May) – showcased seven live performances from the band’s 2016 trek across Latin America, which were bonus features found only in Olé Olé Olé!’s home release formats.
The performances included Out Of Control and Paint It Black in Bueno Aires, Argentine, Honky Tonk Women and Sympathy For The Devil in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and You Got The Silver, Midnight Rambler and Miss You in Lima, Peru. Check it out below.

Future episodes of the series will stream on the band’s YouTube channel on a weekly basis. According to episode one’s description box, at least one future instalment will feature performances from the band’s 1994 Voodoo Lounge Tour.
The Stones’ Extra Licks! video series is being released as part of YouTube’s #StayHome campaign. Other artists who’ve similarly joined in to release content include Radiohead, with their archival concert stream, as well as Nick Cave, and John Legend.
Last month, the Stones put out a brand new single, entitled Living In A Ghost Town – their first new song in eight years.
