BH800 UPDATE FIRMWARE/SOFTWARE
Ive had this update emailed to me several times, have extracted it with winzip and rarware, and all I get after 20 attempts of trying to update this amp for the past week for my show tonight is NO RESULTS. What sucks the most is I cant even change the toneprints without updating the amp. If I ever get this resolved through Tech Support I will put an update, but for the most prt, this head has been a POS right out of the box. No seperate volume controls for the tones doesnt work when youre playing live and need to switch tones and all the sudden one of the tones drops out 20 dB when you switch over. VERY DISSATISFIED
