Fingerboard issue new HSS RS Cutlass

Hi, my name is Jordan I recently purchased a new RS cutlass I’ve noticed on my fingerboard around the frets there is some ugliness, I’m thinking it’s glue :confused: but not sure. Was hoping to get some thoughts from some of you here. Not sure What to do. This is my first “high dollar” purchased guitar and its amazing besides these ugly marks in the fingerboard.
