HOF mini & Flashback mini raising volume when activated.

Firstly thanks, TC Electronics, for your fantastic products! I’ve put together a new small pedal board for my Marshall 50W Plexi, but am experiencing a bit of an unexpected issue.
The order is this:-
Guitar>Line 6 G30 transmitter>G30 R’cvr>Donner mini wah>TC Polytune mini>Donner Boost killer (OD)>Donner Morpher (distortion)>Marshall 1987x input (channels jumpered)> Amp FX loop send>Boss FV50L volume pedal>Flashback Mini>Hall of fame mini>Omnisonic volume regulator (acting as a master volume once channels 1 & 2 are blended at the desired volume)>Amp FX loop Rtn>Marshall 8412 cab (4xG12H-30s).
So when I set the Omnisonic (basically a volume pot in a box, y’know the type…) to about 5 (of 10), the volume is fine. Then I kick in either the HOF or Flashback and it increases the volume level MASSIVELY so that I need to knock it down to about 1 for the same level as without the HOF/Flashback switched on. There is no change in tone, apart from the effects are now applied of course, but I wondered if there was some sort of impedance mismatch issue going on here?
Thanks for your time in reading this, and hopefully giving me some advice.
