Issue connecting G System to pc – Volume is automatically set to -100

Hi,

I have a very weird problem. When I plug the USB cable into my computer (PC), the volume parameter of the “Global Levels” is automatically set to -100dB.

When I correct the parameter, I can play for a few seconds then the volume is set to -100dB again.

Any help would be appreciated as it prevents me to use Vyzor to test and set my presets.
