JP15 Owners: Would appreciate your feedback

The only JP model I have owned was a 2005 JP6 in lava pearl, and had to sell it for unfortunate circumstances. So I am looking to buy again, and the JP15 Has my interest. I have alays loved how the neck feels and how stable the tremelo is as well. I don’t have any experience with the Akoume tone wood or any roasted necks before.

Is the 2026 JP15 significantly a brighter sounding guitar than the older JP’s made from basswood, rosewood fretboards?
