Phasing out? Axis or Sterling AX40s on the market

Im looking to buy one and
Guitar center or any other online retailers are typically only offering the limited run BFR Axis with chrome P/u covers . Where are the classic Amber or Balboa blue colors ?
Are they being phased out?

Not the super sport BTW

Also the sterling ax40 only available in Ruby? Also not even on the website anymore just the SUB Sterling Ax4 models :confused:

I see greens/purples/amber/red /blue in japan etc

any help would be great
