Quintessence Harmony pedal – tone issue

Quintessence Harmony pedal – tone issue

I have recently bought a quintessence pedal that I really like!
I wanted to check with you guys if you have noticed this too?
When I tested the pedal out of the box the toneprint slots do work fine, no tone change when switching from LATCH to MOMEN.
I’ve created my own toneprint (one octave up) with the latest toneprint editor on my PC and loaded this into the pedal (TP3).
As from this moment something changed in the pedal. To be more clear; when the switch is on LATCH no tone change… But when I put the switch on MOMEN the tone of my guitar gets darker and more compressed. You can hear changing the tone when on TP3 in my case and switching between LATCH and MOMEN even when the pedal is off.
Thinking it was my toneprint that caused this, I beamed other TC toneprints via my phone towards the pedal but still I have the darker tone when switching between LATCH – MOMEN on the TP3 setting. This issue was not there before (in my case TP3). As from the moment I uploaded a toneprint from the PC towards the TP1 and TP2 slots they came infected too and have the same issue. I was even not able to solve this issue by upgrading the firmware to the latest version 1.0.01
All other presets like 3rd, 5th, … don’t have this issue.
I contacted the TC support, after some mailing they came to the conclusion it maybe a hardware issue. So I returned the pedal to the vendor and asked to exchange.
Now with the new exchanged pedal, I did the same test and noticed exact the same problem even with another PC to exclude everything. So as from now I’m sure it’s not a hardware issue in the pedal. Is this issue also known or noticed by you guys? If yes this should be a software bug or am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to avoid or restore this issue?

Thanks in advance!
