Silent circuit help needed!

Hi!
I got a silent circuit to have it installed in a fender SSS guitar.
Could anybody send me a wiring diagram for that?
Do I need a super switch to work properly?
And battery? Is it necessary a 9v volt battery as wells as a stereo jack?
I really appreciate any help!
