TonePrint Beam Problem
Hi. Sorry if a similar situation has been posted, as I did not find it on here. So, I have both a Flashback Mini and HOF Mini. I have never had any issues until very recently. I own an iPhone 8+ and, when I try to beam a new TonePrint to either pedal, it does not work. I have the volume on my phone all the way up, I have the volume on my guitar all the way up, I’m plugged directly to the pedal and the pedal is on. I have placed my phone directly on the pickups when beaming and I have tried different angles. The pedal does not even register that I’m attempting to beam anything. The light would usually blink, even if the transfer did not work. Now, when I try to beam a TonePrint, literally nothing happens. The LED light stays constant, not blinking at all. I’ve also tried plugging in to different power outlets. Does anyone have ANY idea on how to fix this issue?
