Martin’s new LX1 Life Is Good acoustic guitar aims to “spread the message of optimism through music”

Martin has partnered with Life Is Good to “spread the message of optimism through music” with its new LX1 Life Is Good acoustic guitar.
Aiming to create a “musical experience that transcends sound”, the LX1 Life Is Good is, as you’d expect, a uniquely decorated variant of Martin’s LX1 Little Martin acoustic, which sports a shorter 23” scale length.

“Ideal for travel, practice, or casual play, the LX1 Life Is Good is a testament to positivity and the joy of music,” Martin says.
Its unique mountains- and nature-inspired print is “more than just a design”, the company goes on. “It’s a celebration of optimism and the beauty of nature.
“Made of high-pressure laminate, this guitar’s durable, compact construction is perfect for on-the-go musicians, offering resistance to changes in humidity and temperature – an essential trait for those who play everywhere, from their bedroom to the great outdoors.”
Elsewhere, the guitar features a compact modified 0 body size offering “exceptional comfort and sound quality”, with spruce X bracing delivering further “tonal clarity and projection”. The guitar also sports a Richlite fingerboard and bridge and birch laminate neck, and comes with a custom softshell case, too.
The LX1 Life Is Good is the latest in a partnership between Martin and Life Is Good, which has so far spawned the 0XK Life Is Good Soprano Ukulele, Life Is Good guitar straps, and other apparel.
The LX1 Life Is Good is available now for $499. Learn more at Martin.
