Majesty Issues

Hi all. Just got a Majesty delivered yesterday. Beautiful guitar but having some issues. There is a dead spot on the G string 12th fret. That note will only ring for a few seconds. 10 fret is fine and 14th is fine. The other issue is it not staying in tune and I’m not using the tremolo. If I bend any notes I have to retune. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
