
Boutique Amps Distribution’s LA facility hit by fire
Boutique Amps Distribution’s facility in Huntington Park, Los Angeles, has burnt down. The centre was both a manufacturing facility and a warehouse, home to amps and effects brands Friedman Amplification, Wampler, Soldano, Egnator, Diezel, Matthews Effects, Tone King, Bogner and Morgan.
According to the LA County Fire Department, a call came in at 8:30 PM last night (31 May). The blaze was upgraded to a three-alarm fire around half an hour after it was first reported.

The department revealed one firefighter has been taken to the hospital with minor injuries. No other reports of injury have so far been made. The extent of the losses when it comes to stock are not known at the moment.
Morgan Amplifiers posted a statement about the fire on Instagram, writing: “My prayers are with my family at Boutique Amps.
“I am not sure how much damage was done to the manufacturing side of the shop but hopefully we will have a better understanding of the damage today.”

Boutique Amps Distribution is yet to make an official statement about the fire.
