STL Tones joins forces with Andy James for Tonality plug-in collection

STL has released a signature Tonality plug-in collection for metal guitarist Andy James, who’s best known for his work with Sacred Mother Tongue and Fields Of The Nephilim. The Tonality: Andy James pack features digital models of amps, pedals and effects that can help you capture James’ shred-ful tone.
This signature Tonality collection features three amp emulations – simply named 1, 2 and 3 – inspired by the models in James’ “dream setup”. You’ll also find virtual models of three pedals: a TS-style OD, a preamp routing switch as well as The Revenant. The latter is James’ signature preamp pedal that’s designed to emulate these tube amp electronic components: triode cut-off, grid current limiting and the Miller effect. Sonically, the pedal is capable of tones ranging from a mild crunch to all-out distortion.
In addition to the amp and pedal sims, you’ll be armed with three effects modules – delay, reverb and lo-fi – designed to bring you closer to James’ tone. As an added bonus, every purchase of the collection will come with three previously unreleased songs composed by James.
