Tool expand Fear Inoculum with a deluxe edition
Tool are releasing their latest album, Fear Inoculum, as an expanded deluxe edition.
The new edition of the album will come in the form of a combined book and CD case, containing five 3D lenticular cards with exclusive artwork. The 56-page booklet also includes additional art.
Tool’s trademark commitment to visuals doesn’t end there, as there’s also an access card to download what the band calls a “groundbreaking immersive visual experience, Recusant Ad Infinitum.
The band recently also expanded their US tour, adding more dates for 2020. Fear Inoculum was Tool’s first record in 13 years, and upon its release rocketed the group up the charts and back into the consciousness of the music world. They were even the first band to get a song longer than ten minutes to chart on the Billboard Hot 100.
The band are known for their expansive, progressive music, and their strong focus on accompanying visuals – even the first limited edition CD of the Fear Inoculum came with an in-built screen. This artwork-packed release looks to show the same dedication.
The deluxe edition of Fear Inoculum is released13 December. Preorder here. For more music news, click here.
