Does anyone use drum tracks somehow with their ditto pedal ?

Does anyone use drum tracks somehow with their ditto pedal ?
For example, I have a iPad application that kicks out drum tracks to jam to.
Through the ipad speakers or computer speakers that attach through the jack.
When I use the looper to records a progression, it would be Great to be able
to play to the drum track, and then also to have that drum track backing in the
playback, so that when i improvise over it, the drums are still there too. I guess
somehow I could do that and then record it through another device, and then
jam over that ? It might be too that this particular pedal cant to that …..
is there some way people are aware of that you can play your loop proression
to a backing track, and then when you stomp on record/playback, you also
get the drum track ….. ?
Thanks for any info, to me any backing track without a rhythm part is just weak
sounding, so I really am not getting too much use from this very cool pedal……
