Graham Nash is auctioning off 19 guitars from his personal collection

Along with a massive fanbase, legendary singer-songwriter Graham Nash has amassed an admirable trove of guitars over his glittering 60-year career. Nineteen of these historic instruments are now set to go under the hammer at the upcoming Heritage Auctions in Dallas, Texas.
Two guitars on the list have sentimental ties to Crosby, Stills And Nash. The first is Nash’s 1969 Martin D-45 which he played at Woodstock. Nash acquired this acoustic using the advance he received from Crosby, Stills And Nash’s first recording contract with Atlantic Records. The second is a 1960 Fender Esquire Custom Tele Nash used at the folk-rock trio’s last ever show.

Allman’s Gibson SG – circa 1961/1962 – was used on The Allman Brothers Band’s Statesboro Blues. The Don Everly guitar, on the other hand, is a black 1963 Gibson J-180 acquired from iconic instrument dealer Fred Walecki.
The upcoming auction will be held from 20 to 21 July at Heritage Auctions in Dallas, Texas.
